Linda - 3 bars of DEATH!!

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.


This has to be the most pain I've ever felt during a WOD. Good pain but pain either way you look @ it.

I had to scale it quite a bit but got through pretty much the 10's w/o to much difficulty.

BP: 170# was not able to get body weight had to sub w/ 95# all reps
DL: 225# 10,9@250#,8@225#,7@185#,6,5,4,3,2,1
Clean: 125# 10,9@115#,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

The only weight I had to scale @ the begining was the BP.

Total time w/ a medical @ rnd 8 (stopped clock) was:

1:02:10

I had this post typed last night as it was yesterday that I had done this workout but we got popped for a cardiac arrest & did not return to the station untill 3:25 am.

Have to make up for yesterdays burpees & today's. 13 total!!
