For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
W/ 20# vest the whole WOD. Broken up by 3-4 calls but left nothing in the tank when I was done. Aprox 1 hour. Ran an extra mile w/ Dave who did part of it w/ full gear.
Want to do this WOD when we have some uninterupted time avail.
