W/ Regular 21 crew & part of St.12's crew we did the following.
5 towel pull-ups
10 dips
10 wallballs
15 pushpress 65 lbs
15 burpees
20 kettlebell swings
run the bleachers with hose
3 rds in & then had to go to burn trailer for training @ St.20. Came back to station & did a 4th rd with 25 step-ups with hose and one lap to replace bleachers. Then did row 200 pulls with dino-rower 6:47
