Leah & I w/ Emerson & Ellla @ the Tozzo Machine did the following of one minute each:
Tire Flips
Knees to Elbows
Sledge Hammers
RedNeck Frisbie
Farmers Walk
Ring Dips
Ring Pulls
Ring Push-Ups
Ball Slams
KB Swing
Then finished it up w/ Knees to Chest & Bensh Dips followed by KB Thrusters & sprints.
Did it all in bunker gear...felt like boiled garbage w/ the gear on...it was tough.
Did a rock on W/O today but don't have time to post...will do it in the morn'.
