5X7 = OUCH!!!

5 rounds of:
pull-ups x 7
thrusters 95 lbs x 7
ring dips x 7
burpees x 7

I'm pretty sure I ended up doing 6 rounds because I had caught up w/ Dave & opted to finish when he was done. Next time we do this WOD I will have to be more dilligent w/ my time keeping.
