Bad Moody

A work-out designed by Lt. Moody when he was working for Dave the other day.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of Log Flips, Burpies, Pull-ups, Run

Log Flip, run to pull-up bar but w/ the burpies in the middle, Pull-up then sprint back to the log.

WoW...Brutal.
