When in Miami...
During our vacation I did the following while in Miami... sets of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 KB Swings 1 pood (55#) Medicine Ball (20#) Thrusters Burpies followed by a short sprint after completing each set of the 3 exercises.
