W/ tabata timing (20 secs work w/ 10 secs rest w/ between 5-6 sets each exercise)
Leah & Emerson worked out w/ Shae on Thursday when Dave & I were @ work. Emerson said it was easy & Leah said it was hard. I wonder who's right?
