Pre A: clean pulls from blocks
A: 5 x 5 PC&J
B: 20 min amrap
3 cleans
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 sqauts
PreA: worked between 205# & 115#.
A: Done
B: 11 +7 pushups
PreA made 115# feel like an empty bar. It also helped w/ B. A was initially going to be squat cleans but my right knee was acting up which made for slower squats in B. B however went very well. It hurt big time. Most likely due to not working out often enough or that I pushed hard. Either way soreness will arrive soon. *posted on Friday & yet soreness has arrived.*
