Did it at the track at the school. Did snatches instead of pullups due to not having a pullup bar. Pushups were the only hard part. Got shit-struck during first mile & had to run home so I prob ran more than 1 mile. Got back & started movement just @ 12:00 mins. Felt good as usual to get out there. It was cold @ the start but ended up nice during WOD.
