W/ new Gymboss timer (greatest invention next to birth control BTW) did the following Tabata sequence:
Alternating between 1.5 pood kb swing & burpees did 8 tabata sets each. I'm sure I missed my final burpee set, however after a full day in VMR Tech & mowing the lawn w/ my new push mower I think it was enough.
