6 thrusters 6 C2B Pullups
9 thrusters 9 C2B Pullups
12 thrusters 12 C2B Pullups
15 thrusters.....
w/ 100#
Me: 12 +2 thrusters
I has alot of missed pullups. I'm sure I could have gotten through the 15 thrusters if I was more consistent on the bar. Thrusters felt great!! Pullups not so much. Dave & I tied...he has been hitting it hard & it shows.
