While working a swap I did the following w/ Lt.Dave Jones

7 hpc, 95# bar
7 front squat, 95# bar
7 push press, 95# bar
Total time: 13:01
While I worked he rested & while he worked I rested. It felt awesome. I think that it should be 10 rnds next time but I it was good to have the ability that as soon as he was done to get right back on the bar & crush it. Gotta stick w/ it....beach trip comming soon!!
