@ Station #29

After a long day @ Station did by myself the following:

Split Snatch
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Hit 125 & that was it @ prob my 3rd or 4th lift. So instead I stayed around 115# & 95# for aprox 50 or so reps. It was fun getting under that weight w/ that much explosion.
