@ Home # 21 & #22

@ Home I did the following:

30 HSPU
40 Pullups
50 KB Swings 1.5 pood
60 Situps
70 Burpees

Me: 20:42

Then an hour later did:

3 rft of
Deadlift 275#, 10 reps
50 Dubs

Me: 5:47

Swings were tough in first workout but HSPU were full ROM. Burpees sucked big time. Deads were heavy after 1st round. Dubs came pretty easy.
