Leah & I did the following:
10-1
power clean
push press
front squat
125#/115#
Me: 20:49
W/ 125# @ the start I was only able to complete the 10 power cleans but due to my should pretty sore from the Iron Curtain I had to drop the weight down to 115#. I would have liked to have gone heavier but not @ the cost of an injury.
