@ Station

W/ Whittler we did the following:

5 rft w/ 115#
dl 10 reps
clean/hpc 10 reps
push press 10 reps
front/back squat 10 reps
SDHP 10 reps
10 pushups

Didn't keep time but we were moving. Rest was taken when the other athlete complete their reps. We had initially planned for 6 rnds but dinner was done. This might be a good one @ the ZOO.
