run 400 meters
Tire Flip 10 reps

Then after about an hour of rest to run a call
Dave, Flash, 'what's his face', 'probie' did the following
3 mins effort w/ each of the following movements in order
Push Press +1 point per rep
Short Sprint +5 points per lap
Lunge walk +1 point per step
Tire Jump +1 point per jump
Situp +1 point per situp
No rest between movements. Score based on total number of reps.
