@ Station

W/ Dave keeping time I did the following:

1-10
Squat clean thruster w/ 95#
Burpees
1 muscle up

18:14

Did it very shortly after dinner. Got Shit struck on the 8's & came back & finished it up. Last nights crap food found it's way out & my body was not happy about it. :-) REST DAY TOMORROW!!!
