W/ Dave, Burk & Flash we did the folloiwng

10 jump overs (there & back)
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
30 F2G situps

This was a bit tough as I was able to storm through it pretty quick. Movements weren't tough but the lung burn was there. Intensity was there & I'm learning how to get to that spot of & push it further. Feeling great!!
