W/ Leah we did the following:
Duck-Duck-Goose Gone Bad
W/ a 2 partner team one member KB SDHP while the other runs a lap carrying a 20# med ball. When the team member returns from their one lap they switch tasks & continue SDHP'ling while the other member runs the lap. Score based on how many SDPH are completed. 5 pushups to be completed on the minute @ the top of the minute by everyone in the WOD.
Leah & I did it in the AM & because the evening class was a man short I did it w/ George. Double day felt good & I performed better the 2nd time around.
