@ ZOO

Leah & I taught & did the following WOD :

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Pull-Ups
KB Swings
Run to fence & back while carrying KB

Me: 15:25 w/ 2 pood & 20# vest
Leah: 17:52 w/ 1.5 pood

Run was the toughest part while using the many pain methods of carrying the KB. Found that on the shoulder was the only effective way. 1.5 pood kb for Leah was perfect for her & I'm sure if I had used the 1.5 pood it would have been to easy.
