Satruday Team WOD w/ Leah, Sue, Keitha & I:
1st WOD w/ teams of two:
20 Pullups
40 Burpees
60 Ball Slams
80 Squats
1500 meter row
We won by only 100 meters
2nd WOD:
One team deadlifted as much weight as possible w/in the time it took the other team to move a variety of objects to fence & back.
We won WOD 2 but only by one rep on the dead lift
Fun!! I had to wear a 20# vest the entire time.
