Yesterday w/ Leah we did the following:

Deadlift, 10 reps (275#/105#)
25 (double unders/single unders)
10 pushups
25 squats
Leah: 12:09
Me: 11:05
Leah did awesome. I did dubs instead of singles...they went very well. Very heavy very quick on the DL.
