St. Augustine - Nate Sub'd

AMRAP in 20 mins:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
Sud'd w/
AMRAP in 20 mins:
10 pushups
farmers walk down stairs w/ 40# db
15 squats
farmers walk up stairs w/ 40# db

In the beach heat just @ sundown. Had to change order last few rnds due to family on the stairs. Awesome sub'd WOD!!
