.com WOD Front Squat

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

@ Station got the first 3 sets in then we had a call. Once we returned I completed them w/ the following weights.

105#
115#
135#
155#
145#

The 155 was pretty tough & I was sure I wouldn't be able to get nother rnd in @ that weight.
