Yesterday did the following w/ 171 burpees to make up:
10 burpees followed by
65# thrusters, 5 reps
10 burpees followed by
65# OHS, 5 reps...
repeated that 20 times for 200 burpees 100 thrusters & 100 OHS. I ended up w/ an extra 29 burpees so today I did...
Alternating between 10 burpees & DL's.
DL's went as follows:
135# DL, 15 reps
185# x, 10 reps
205#, 5 reps
225#, 5 reps
245#, 2
295#, 2 reps
300#, Fail x 3
Continued burpees up to 140 w/ HandStand work & 21,15,9 45# thrusters mixed in.
Up 53 burpees!!!!
