W/ Dave @ their studio. Was the hardest I have ever gone in "Cindy" & I felt it when it was done. Dave was smokin' w/ the pull-ups & push-ups but I would catch up w/ the squats (15 reps allowed me to catch up). Squats felt great & were very deep.

Only did 10 burpees of the 47 required so today I will have to do 85 total.

Leah & Shae ran 3 miles @ the butt crack of dawn. Leah is thinking about training for a .5 marathon...Hmmmm.....maybe I can....naahhhh.
