1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of Log Flips, Burpies, Pull-ups, Run
Log Flip, run to pull-up bar but w/ the burpies in the middle, Pull-up then sprint back to the log.
Did it w/ Dave, Joel & Keller @ the Station. Keller's was modified w/ no pull-ups but Push-ups & Sit-ups instead.
