Leah, Emerson & myself did the following 1 min each w/ aprox 30 seconds of rest inbetween:
KB Swings
Push-ups
Burpies
Curls
Shoulder presses
Tricep presses
Turkish Get-ups
Thrusters
Ball-Slams
Box Jumps
Farmers Walk
Heavy Bag Carry
Jump Rope
Abs
Overhead Lunges
& some other misc stuff.
It put a whoopin' on me. We usually get our w/o done in aprox 30 mins max @ the station but this 1 hour worth of work gets me going. I feel great now but I was hurting...no doubt.
Leah & Emerson ROCKED!! I'm impressed w/ both of their performances.
