Tabata Something Else...after Barbara

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

pull-ups: 13,11,9,5,5,6,6,4 total=59
push-ups: 13,13,13,13,13,10,9,10 total=94
sit-ups: 15,14,12,12,11,11,11,11 total=97
squats: 10,15,15,15,15,15,15,16 total=116

Grand Total=366
Last time total=373

Didn't do as well as last time but yesterday I did the following:

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.


Not eating lunch till 1530 & only drinking 1 liter of H2O prior to working out & then starting Barbara @ 1545 is not the best idea.

Only 3 rnds w/ 20 more pull-ups in & started feeling faint (it angers me to type that)

3 rnds w/ 20 pull-ups @ 24:20
