Leah & I worked-out @ the gym the day before we left for the LLL Conference.
We did the following:
Cardio for 20 mins on a treadmill for Leah & Spinning cycle for Blaine
Lawn Mowers for Blaine
Incline Push-Ups for Blaine
Curls w/ 20lb dumbbells for Blaine
ButterFlies for Leah
Tri-Cep press for Leah
Pull-Downs for Leah
Leg press for both
Thrusters for both
Leah did awesome & had her first taste of the dreaded thrusters.
