log flips
bar dips
sit-ups with 45# bar
wall balls
burpees
sledgehammer to our log/kaiser replacement

Leah worked out @ the Tozzo Machine today. Tomorrow should be good, gonna do "Fran" w/ Dave & w/o @ the Tozzo Machine for some Crossfit stuff in the night.
